01 Credit - $18; activates on the date of purchase and is valid for 1 month.
05 Credits - $85; activates on your first booking and expires within 60 days.
10 Credits - $150; activates on your first booking and expires within 90 days.
10 Credits (Student) - $110; activates on your first booking and expires within 90 days.
20 Credits - $230; activates on your first booking and expires within 6 months.
20 Credits (FLEX) - $320, activates on the day of purchase and expires after 1 year of purchase.

For the smoothest ride, we recommend cycling shoes with SPD clip-shoes. But no worries if you don’t have them! Our bikes are ready for clean, indoor sneakers too. Just a heads-up: outdoor shoes stay at the door so our studio stays fresh and ready for everyone.

Life happens, and we get it! You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 6 hours before start time. This helps us plan staffing and keep the schedule flowing so every rider gets the best experience possible. Classes canceled after this window or missed classes are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
For monthly membership or class pass holders, a missed class will count as a used class from your pass. Unlimited membership holders will also be charged $10 for a late cancel or no-show. These policies aren’t about being strict—they help us keep things fair, smooth, and fun for everyone riding with us.

Our classes start on time, and for everyone’s safety, late entries aren’t allowed. With the room dark and bikes on different levels, it’s important to be fully set up before the ride begins. Aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled, clip in, and feel ready to crush it—keeping you safe and the class flowing smoothly.

All our passes come with expiry dates, so take a moment to check the details before purchasing. Credits and class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can’t be extended. Booking your ride is easy and all done through the Glofox app—your spot is just a few taps away!

Our memberships renew automatically each month on the date of your first purchase, no need to lift a finger! Monthly 5- or 10-class memberships don’t roll over, so be sure to use up those rides before your next cycle begins. You can cancel anytime up to 5 days before your next billing date by emailing us at the studio at tivelostudio@gmail.com. Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can’t be put on hold. We keep things simple so you can focus on what matters most, showing up and riding your heart out.

Every rider is welcome here, no matter your experience level! Our instructors are ready to help you modify resistance, positioning, or pace so you feel strong, safe, and included. Don’t hesitate to ask questions before or after class.

For your first ride, aim to arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you time to get fitted, clip in, and meet your instructor. Once you’re set, you’ll be ready to fully enjoy the music, the energy, and the ride.

We get it, life happens! Cancelling before the 6-hour window keeps your credits safe and helps us plan staffing and schedules. After that window, classes are considered attended and can’t be reissued. It’s not about being strict, it’s about keeping things fair, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone riding with us
